We ship out all orders within 3 days of purchase, ensuring that you receive your crystals, gemstones, and jewelry in a timely manner. Additionally, we offer various shipping options to accommodate your specific needs, including expedited shipping for those who require their orders more quickly.   • What is Everyones a gem's return policy for purchases made in-store and online?
    Everyones a gem prides itself on customer satisfaction and offers a flexible return policy for both in-store and online purchases. For in-store purchases, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition with tags attached. We offer a full refund to the original form of payment or store credit. For online orders, customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Simply contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization and then ship the item back to us. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or provide store credit. Please note that personalized or custom-made items, as well as clearance or final sale items, are non-returnable.   • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
